Global Exchange has 17 currency exchange branches at Sydney´s Kingsford Smith International Airport. You can find us in various convenient locations at the Terminal building, Pier B and Pier C, Arrivals and Departures. Check the exact location of all our branches.

Besides Australia, our company is present in another 20 countries and is currently embarked on a constant expansion process throughout Asia Pacific and the rest of the world.

Our 17 Sydney´s airport branches are open 365 days a year, from 6 am to 10 pm.

We operate with up to 60 currencies in our branches at Sydney´s Kingsford Smith International Airport, Australia.

If you exchange currency up to 999.99 AUD, you will be charged a service fee. All transactions above 1,000 will not be charged service fees and will have a 5% reduction on exchange margin. If you change any currency above 2,000 AUD you will benefit from 10% off on our margin. All transactions above 3,000 AUD qualify for a 15% reduction on our margin.

In all cases, if you are not happy with your transaction you have up to 15 days to return your purchase.

In order to offer you the best possible service, we accept different methods to pay for your travel money at our branches: cash, Visa or MasterCard credit and debit cards.

The accuracy and seriousness that drive our transactions make this situation very unlikely. However, if this happens, we will proceed to replace the banknote in that very moment.

Besides, for the safety of our Customers, Global Exchange records the serial numbers of banknotes in such a way that counterfeited notes can be detected, or in case a Customer has a complaint, we can check whether it came from our branches or not.
